Mediatech-cx unveils its new brand identity "Customer centricity accelerator

Mediatech-cx, expert in customer experience management and subsidiary of the Skeepers group, reveals its new brand identity centred on customer centricity.
Mediatech-cx is evolving to enable its customers to boost customer centricity within their organisation, says the company. The new brand signature, "Customer centricity accelerator", designed with the agency Look Further, " represents the idea that we are transforming ourselves to enable our clients to spread the customer centricity throughout their organisation with greater intensity", according to Hervé Cebula, CEO of Mediatech-cx.
This transformation is being accompanied by a new website, a new visual identity and a clear focus on customer support by the Mediatech-cx teams. "For more than ten years, we have implemented a hundred or so voice of the customer programmes that have outperformed," says Hervé Cebula. We intend to strengthen this special relationship between our project managers and our clients, while pursuing the improvement of our platform, notably with an improved UX for our users".
Mediatech-cx responds to the following challenges: measuring and managing customer journeys, transforming data into actionable insights and concrete actions, identifying and prioritising the actions to be implemented, generating reports with just a few clicks to explain discrepancies.
